Now that Symposium Lima has reopened its doors, the heart and driving force is the chef of Italian descent, Flavia Zecchinato, who for as long as she can remember has been fascinated by cooking, and for her it is now a means of expression and a way of innovating, without forgetting her roots.
She has developed a classic but at the same time creative menu, where you can find traditional options and also many others that combine innovative ingredients, generating a variety of flavours and gastronomic experiences.
