Symposium Lima has been representing the most classic Italian cuisine for 15 years and today opens its doors in the same place and with the same flavour as always but also with an innovative proposal. We cook dishes that we enjoy, designed to be enjoyed and in which seasonality is combined with international references through techniques with which we always seek to highlight the flavour and the ingredients.

IS THE HEART OF SYMPOSIUM LIMA
Now that Symposium Lima has reopened its doors, the heart and driving force is the chef of Italian descent, Flavia Zecchinato, who for as long as she can remember has been fascinated by cooking, and for her it is now a means of expression and a way of innovating, without forgetting her roots.
She has developed a classic but at the same time creative menu, where you can find traditional options and also many others that combine innovative ingredients, generating a variety of flavours and gastronomic experiences.
